Description - Description: Through the ADB grant, the MoES intends to engage a Firm for the Gender Empowerment, Disability and Social Inclusion Program (GEDSIP) to design and implement gender and career awareness raising and identify students at risk of drop-out. The consulting assignment will primarily support the implementation of the gender empowerment aspects of the project, incorporating all the initiatives outlined under Output 5 as well as monitoring of the project’s gender action plan (GAP), supporting the initiative outlined under Output 3 regarding identifying and preventing dropouts, and development and implementation of a social awareness strategy following best practices in social marketing
