Description - Description: Attached to the PMU and participating in national, provincial and local consultations and site visits, the international gender specialist will be responsible for planning, implementation, supervision and monitoring of gender dimensions of all project activities and implementation of the gender action plan (GAP), and identify and address any gender issues and impacts that may arise during project implementation. The expert will work in close coordination with MOH departments (especially the Cabinet), the Sub commission on the Advancement of Women and Mother and Child (SubCAW), the national gender specialist, and the implementing partners at the provincial and district levels.
