Description - Description: The PMU Head and Community Liaison will oversee the delivery and implementation of the NSRUDP. They will work within the PMU and will lead the delivery of water supply, sanitation, and solid waste works and activities. The consultant wil l be the key national representative for the project within the PMU team and work in close collaboration with the Project Manager and consultants recruited under the PMU. The consultant will act as the lead in facilitating the delivery of the goods, works and services proposed under the NSRUDP.
