Description - Description: The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Capacity Development Specialist under this assignment is expected to work closely with the Director for DOE and DOE staff members assigned to PMU. Specifically, the PMU is expected to be composed of t he PMU manager, recruited as an individual consultant, and staff members from DOE. A social safeguards specialist (gender and community development) and environment specialist will also be recruited as individual consultants to support project implementation.
