Description - Description: Black Rock Terrace was originally constructed in 2008. The exterior of the building was clad in a traditional exterior insulation finish system (EIFS). The exterior has performed well with the exception of woodpecker damage since it was first installed. Numerous attempts have been made to patch and repair the system; however, a permanent solution to deter woodpecker damage has not been successful. Green Acres Foundation has therefore issued this invitation to tender for application of a woodpecker resistant surface over the existing finished product in order to deter woodpecker activity.
