Description - Description: Architectural Prime Consultant Services is desired for a new seniors apartment complex and commercial space to be built in the Lethbridge area. The facility will be up to a maximum of 4-storey Group C sprinklered design with 45+/- rental units, a mix of 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom suites between 400 – 650 sq ft.
