Description - Description: US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is soliciting for Grounds Maintenance Services within the Willamette Valley Project locations. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Willamette Valley Project in Oregon.
