Description - Description: The contractor shall provide grounds maintenance services at Grand Forks AFB (GFAFB) IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will be required to furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and s ervices necessary for performing grounds maintenance services in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
