Description - Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services, Birch Hill Dam and Tully Lake Dam, Royalston, MA. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURI NG THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform mowing and grounds maintenance services at the Birch Hill Dam & Tully Lake Dam flood risk management projects. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
