Description - Description: The object of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the supply of personal protective equipment for a period of 48 months to the authorities that are members of the intermunicipal purchasing service of IOK. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of these specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the term of the contract or not to place an order.
