Description - Description: The object of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement, with one contractor per lot, for the refuelling of fuels using fuel cards as well as electric charging using charging cards, for a maximum period of 48 months, with the au thorities that are members of the intermunicipal purchasing service of IOK. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority on the basis of these specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the term of the contract or not to place an order.
