Description - Description: The RCMP D Division Training Services has a requirement for year-round access to a firearm facility to provide RCMP members with training on Carbines, Rifles, 40mm Less Lethal Launcher, Pistol and Shotgun. The RCMP requires the firearm f acility to have a minimum of two (2) gun range lanes at a minimum of 50 metres and 100 metres.Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
