Description - Description: The aim of the project will be to undertake a process and impact evaluation of the Welsh Language Communities Housing Plan (WLCHP). The impact evaluation is expected to be a theory-based impact evaluation. The evaluation will seek to est ablish how the Plan has empowered communities to create and develop schemes to address the challenges facing Welsh-speaking communities with high levels of second homes. In addition to presenting findings, the evaluation will be expected to develop recommendations regarding the design and implementation of the Plan. Aspects of the evaluation will support the Government's further work in introducing the Plan, and develop the evidence base on Welsh
