Description - Description: The Town of West Hartford is seeking a contractor to supply all labor, materials, equipment, services, insurance (with specific coverage for work on PCB), and incidentals which are necessary or required to perform the work in accordance with applicable governmental regulations and these specifications for the removal and disposal of existing presumed PCB containing slab vapor barrier materials associated with the Gym floor slab in King Phillip Middle School - see Drawing F-1 for material types and locations.
