Description - Description: The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Quote for Halifax Town Hall, Halifax - Heating Manifold Replacements. The purpose of this works is to replace 2 existing heating system manifold headers with new, to include new i solation valves and the option of actuator valves to improve the overall control strategy. The works will also enable isolation of the various heating zones around the building which is currently not feasible due to the age and condition of the existing valves.
