Description - Description: Pender County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services consisting of; multi use fields, structures, courts, sports lighting, irrigation system, well and pump and finish landscaping for 2 new multi- purpose fields, 6 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a bathroom/picnic shelter.
