Description - Description: The aim of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with a tenderer who can ensure handling subscriptions and the delivery of printed and electronic periodicals and foreign newspapers to the Norwegian Parliament. The handling of su bscriptions includes, and is not limited to, routines for ordering and cancellation, invoicing, delivery, claims, renewals, updates, monitoring and maintenance of subscriptions.
