This will predominantly be for p rojects above £25k, however, on occasion, smaller works may be required to be completed.Most hard landscaping and civil engineering works are expected to be within our current grounds and shall be a mixture of refurbishment and reactive maintenance repairs. In addition, new hard landscaping and civil engineering projects may also be required. This will include the removal of existing landscaping, paving, road surfaces and protection of remaining
