Description - Description: This is a framework agreement with purchase orders for the purpose of appointing an SPS coordinator to assist the Contracting Authority in the context of the improvement works on the SICTOM PEZENAS-AGDE sites.In order to maintain a satis factory level of service for users, SICTOM is required to carry out various maintenance, rehabilitation or new development works on different sites.The services relate to the safety and health protection of a level 3 construction site within the meaning of the Labor Code (Law No. 93-1418 of December 31, 1993).The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.The contract may be renewed under the conditions of the specifications.
