Description - Description: Scope of procurementType and scope of serviceThe subject of this contract is telephone advice via a health hotline for insured persons of the basic insurance of the Postal Service Employees' Health Insurance Fund by an external contracto r. The health hotline is a direct contact point for insured persons with medical questions and general questions on the topics of health, illness and prevention based on current guidelines and evidence-based medicine. The advice is provided at a distance using digital communication.It should be noted that the reimbursement requirements of the PBeaKK differ from those of the statutory health insurance (GKV) and the private health insurance (PKV).
