Description - Description: M/F Venø is to be converted into a hybrid ferry that will operate on batteries under normal circumstances, but have a diesel generator for situations outside of normal. Struer Municipality expects to tender for the electrification of th e Venø Ferry in spring/summer 2025 with a conversion in specified windows in 2026. Prior to the publication of the tender, Struer Municipality wishes to give potential bidders and other relevant actors the opportunity to comment on a draft of the tender material with a view to optimizing this prior to the initiation of the tender process.
