Description - Description: This is a Public European Tender for the construction of a Heat Transfer Station (WOS) on Vondelingenplaat, called WOS Vondelingenplaat (WVP).The core of the WOS is a heat exchanger, which provides a hydraulic separation between WarmteLi nQ (WLQ) that is realized by WTS, and the distribution network of Vattenfall/WbR.
