Description - Description: The construction project is a new building of a town hall with an underground car park, which is to be heated using groundwater heat pump and an electric boiler. The heat pump with approx. 45 kW heating output is for base load operation, the electro boiler with approx. 21 kW is for lace load cover and emergency operation. There is also a 1,000 liter buffer memory in the technical room in the UG. The heat pump is used in the summer in addition to tempering the building. The hot water preparation takes place exclusively electrically via decentralized instantaneous water heater. The EG, 1.
