Description - Description: This Prior Information Notice (PIN) announces the Contracting Authority's intention to establish a Heating, Electrical, and Decarbonisation Framework. This framework will replace the current provision and will cover a wide range of servi ces related to Heating, Electrical systems, Retrofit and Decarbonisation within the public sector.
