Description - Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide cleaning service on dryer duct and HVAC duct system in various facilities on Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the perso nnel rendering the services performing the services herein either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration. Such service contract providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
