Description - Description: The subject of the renovation is the bathroom facilities on the 5th floor of the Töölönkatu side of the Töölön Senior Center, excluding the bathrooms of apartments B63, B66 and B67. The scope of the work is presented in this HVAC w ork report and in the attached plan documents. The work will be carried out in accordance with the documents of each design sector and the instructions of the product manufacturers. The Senior Center will be in use during the contract.
