The USCG is conducting market research to seek sources t hat can provide a High Cut Rescue Swimmer Operations Bump Helmet to be used by USCG Rescue Swimmer’s during rotary wing operations. The helmets shell must be mostly yellow, capable of mounting ANVIS-9 NVG and capable of attaching headsets to a side rail or worn underneath.
