Description - Description: Hampshire County Council (the "Council") is looking to commission high quality High Intensity Supported Accommodation with Floating Support, for young people aged 16-21, for whom the Council has a duty to offer accommodation. This will b e under a block contract agreement. All providers will require Ofsted Registration. The contract is for an initial period of 3 years, with 2 further extensions of 1 year each, to a maximum of 5 years in total. The contract will start on 01 July 2025.These High Intensity placements are for those young people who require short-term intensive support (from 5 to 20 hours per week) or floating support before transitioning to independent living or lowe
