Description - The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking responses from qualified respondents to support the Strong Foundations grant programs, Open Education Resources (OER) pilot programs, and other programs supporting the adoption and implementation of high-qu ality instructional materials (HQIM) for the 2024-25, 2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28 school years to ultimately support Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in ensuring all students access rigorous, grade-level content and instruction every day.
