Individual proprietary Firm registration certificate Trade license of the firm b. Partnership firm Partnership deed / Registration Certificate of the firm c. Private / Public Limited Company Certificate of Incorporation (Relevant valid certificates should be submitted). 5 Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENT 2 Capabilities of Vendor The bidder firm must hold valid Form C certificate issued by the Department of Labour in the name of Firm, nature of business should be related to Manpower services and must have registered at least 130 members in minimum 2 orders for each financial year (past 3 financial years) and Attested Order copies to be enclosed. 5 Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENT 3 Capabilities of Vendor The bidder should be registered under Professional Tax certificate in the name of firm and clearance certificate issued by the concerned department. 5 Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENT 4 Capabilities of Vendor The bidder must hold copy of ESI registration certificate in the name of firm, submit of NOC certificate obtained from the concerned department about ESI payments and should have paid not less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs as ESI in each past three financial years (i.e., Financial Years 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-23) copies of challans should be furnished as a proof. 15 Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENT 5 Capabilities of Vendor The bidder must hold copy of EPF registration certificate in the name of firm, submit of NOC certificate obtained from the concerned department about EPF payments and should have paid not less than Rs. 16.00 lakhs as EPF in each past three financial years (i.e., Financial Years 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-23) copies of challans should be furnished as a proof. 15 Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENT 6 Capabilities of Vendor The bidder must hold copy of GST registration certificate in the name of firm, submit of NOC certificate obtained from the concerned department about GST payments and should have paid not less than Rs. 12.00 lakhs as GST in each past three financial years (i.e., Financial Years 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-23) copies of challans should be furnished as a proof. 5 Others -- RELEVANT DOCUMENT 7 Capabilities of Vendor The bidder firm must hold PAN card in the name of firm.
