The Bidders can download the Tender Document / Forms containing Detailed Specification, Terms and Conditions etc from 22-09-2023 to 06-10-2023 up to 12.30 PM from the Institute website viz. www.iiitn.ac.in. They have to submit the bids by mentioning the Tender Notice No. and invariably submit a separate Bank Draft of Rs. 2,360/- (Rs. Two Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Only) drawn in favour of The Director, IIIT, Nagpur OR Online Payment Receipt as Non Refundable cost of Tender Form/Tender Processing Fees to Administrative Section, IIIT Nagpur in the sealed envelope during submission of the Tender. ESTIMATED COST OF TENDER & EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD) The estimated cost of the scope envisaged in this Tender Document is Rs. 41 Lakhs. The EMD in the form of Demand Draft, drawn in favour of the Director, IIIT, Nagpur for an amount of Rs. 1,02,500/- (Rupees One Lakh Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) to be invariably enclosed with the Tender in a separately sealed envelope. Alternatively, the EMD Amount can also be paid online in the Institute Bank Account details of which are provided in the Tender Document. Bidders registered with NSIC, MSEs are exempted from the payment of EMD subject to the submission of documentary evidence. Bidders are advised to note that the Bids without Tender Fees / EMD, if applicable, shall be summarily rejected. B. PAYMENT OF TENDER FEES / EMD All the Bidders shall be required to submit Tender Form / Tender Processing Fees in the form of Demand Draft of Rs. 2,360/- (Rs. TENTATIVE SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETING THE SCOPE OF WORK The 3rd Convocation of the Institute tentatively will be held on 21st October 2023. The Successful Bidder shall have to arrange all the resources in terms of Men & Material as per this tender to facilitate successful completion of the Convocation Event as planned by the Institute. Any delay by the Successful Bidder in the delivery of services in accordance with the above Time Schedule, will make the Successful Bidder liable to any or all of the following: a. Forfeiture of Performance Guarantee / Deduction in Performance Guarantee. b. Imposition of Liquidity Damage Charges. c. Termination of Contract for default. d. Blacklisting of the Successful Bidder. The decision of the Director, IIITN shall be final in the matter of penalty. D.
