Description - Description: The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to obtain professional services and contractor cost proposals to perform preventive maintenance services for Air Handling Unit, Dedicated Outside Air Supply, Electric Motors and Variable F requency Drives. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, supervision and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials required to perform this project in accordance with the statement of work.
