Description - Description: This public notice is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions.  The Library of Congress Contracts and Grants Directorate intends to award a sole source contract to Ru ssell Oliver for the required services described in this posting.
