Description - Description: Thorhild Lodge was built in 1971 and provides housing for 41 lodge residents. Homeland Housing wants to improve the safety and security of this building for the residents and the staff due to its remote rural location and minimal staffin g in the evening, night and weekends. In order to accomplish this the existing nurse call system (Spider System) requires to be upgraded as it is over 20 years old, is no longer supported and parts are difficult to source. In addition, door intercom, door security/monitoring and door access (Fob) will be included to this system. This system will be able to take information from multiple inputs and convert it and convert it into messages/actions.
