Description - Description: Constellia on behalf of Bristol City Council are requesting expressions of interest from parties able to support the Council's Homes Acquisitions Programme.Interested parties are invited to send case studies/other evidence to Constellia demonstrating their ability to deliver all parts of the contract by the 4th December.The scope includes managing the purchase of properties from the private housing market, leaseholder buybacks and sourcing new-build, land, conversion opportunities. An end to end service is required including the identification of properties, valuing the properties and works required, commissioning due diligence surveys, safety tests and managing the conveyancing
