Description - Description: Homes England is seeking to appoint a competent Supplier to design and build a new sports and social facility at the former Whittingham Hospital site, Preston, PR3 2JE.The scheme will see major redevelopment of the existing Whittingham a nd Goosnargh Sports and Social Club (WGSSC), once the staff club when the hospital was in use. Works will see delivery of new clubhouse, 11 a-side football pitch, Multi Use Games Area (MUGA), caravan/camping area, car parking and associated ancillary landscaping. The established bowling green will be retained within the scheme.The Works comprise but are not limited too the following:• Phasing arrangements as outlined in the tender documents•
