Description - Description: Homes England is currently seeking a competent Supplier for the provision of repair works to the Fellows Morton & Clayton (FMC) and Minerva Works building, Fazeley Street, Birmingham, B5 5RG.The Works broadly comprise but not exclusively limited to the following:Roof works, including roof and parapet gutter repair and waterproofing to both FMC and Minerva Works Buildings;Internal refurbishment and floor repairs, including replacement floor slabs;Filling in of inspection pit;Refurbishment of office and corridor areas;Barrier off steps to loading bay;Roller shutter and door maintenance, including service and repairs to shutter doors, replacement doors and damaged brickwork repair;
