Description - Description: 1) The subject of the contract is the provision of hotel and catering services, including the provision of lecture/conference rooms for 220 people on 10-11.12.2024, in order to organize a conference entitled "Support for demonstration pr ojects and information activities". Additionally, free parking for participants must be provided (min. 100 parking spaces, located on the premises belonging to the hotel or within 200 m from the hotel). It is not allowed to accommodate participants in several hotels, and the conference rooms must be located at the place of accommodation.
