Description - Description: The Um Al Hassam Project, part of a Government Land Development Programme involves the development of 128 housing units on government-owned land. The units will be developed by the private sector. Bidders will compete for a license to de velop the project and the one offering the highest land value and lowest sales rate while meeting all technical criteria will be chosen.
