Description - Description: The contract form is a turnkey contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor as referred to in YSE and Finnish legislation. The contractor is responsible for the management responsibilities of the co nstruction site and construction site services.On 7 March 2017, the YKT parties entered into a cooperation agreement under the name “joint municipal technical construction site”, in which the City of Helsinki is named the “main client” and the other contracting parties are named the “clients”.
