Description - Texas State Technical College (“TSTC”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Testing and Balancing (TAB) services on an hourly basis on an “as needed basis”. Firms must demonstrate the ability to provide a very high level of customer service. Qualifications will be evaluated on many criteria deemed to be in the best interest of TSTC, including but not limited to responsiveness to the terms and conditions of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”), ability to meet specifications, and references. TSTC reserves the right to accept that bid which, in its opinion, is in the best interest of TSTC.
