Description - With the tendering and entering into the Master Agreement, a strategic collaboration between Vattenfall and two market parties (Strategic Suppliers) is envisaged, for a minimum duration of 4 years and a maximum duration of 8 years. Within this Umbrel la Agreement, Vattenfall and the Strategic Suppliers jointly develop hybrid ATES installations whereby the scope of the Strategic Supplier at project level consists of design, realization and technical management and maintenance (full maintenance).
