Description - Description: This proposal is for an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) of engineering consulting services to support NPU’s hydropower equipment and infrastructure. The successful firm will work with NPU and various contractors and vendors to assess, inspect, plan, design, and manage hydropower projects.
