Description - Description: The main content of the project is:- Existing apartment balconies with railings and handrails will be demolished and renovated as concrete element structures on their own foundations. The lowest railings will be made by casting in situ. The Siporex shell of the back walls of the apartment balconies will be demolished and replaced. The balconies will be equipped with an aluminum railing system and glazing.- Windows and sheet metal cladding of the facades will be removed and reinstalled to the extent required for the renovation of the balcony towers- The part above the eaves line of the brick chimney will be demolished and rebuilt.
