Description - Description: The renovation project will include maintenance painting of the facade surfaces and renewal of the wooden pillars of the property's balconies to the extent indicated in the design documents. Maintenance painting work will also apply to t he fences and outbuildings on the property that are not properly visible in the old facade photos. Photos of them are presented in the photo appendix. The documents complement each other.The scope of the contract includes, among others,the following works:− element joints will be renewed− rotten wooden pillars of the balconies will be renewed (quantity estimate 12 pcs)− facades and balconies will be high-pressure washed and maintenance pain
