Description - Description: Iddeveien 44 is owned by Halden Arbeid & Vekst AS. The existing building will be demolished and a new building will be constructed on one floor with approximately 1200m2 of floor space for teaching, canteen, retail outlets and offices. R eference is made to the attached drawings. The site is flat and the ground conditions are explained in the attached geotechnical report. The project will be carried out in two stages, where demolition of the existing building is a separate competition, and construction of the new building as a turnkey contract is a separate competition.
