Description - Description: Based on the data base provided by the Norwegian Environment Agency and any own recipient data, the consultant shall assess the sensitivity of 70 water bodies to eutrophy and the need to reduce the load of phosphorus and/or nitrogen. Whe re the consultant believes that a reduction in the load of nitrogen or phosphorus will not have any environmental significance, this must be mentioned separately. It must also be clear from the overview that the consultant must make if a body of water is not in good ecological condition or is in danger of not becoming so.
