Description - Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation herein referred to as ?VDOT? is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on an ?as-needed? basis, specified crews to perform emergency clearing, cut and toss, of vegetative debris from VDO T right-of- way, generated by snowstorms, ice storms, tornadoes, floods, preventative maintenance operations, or any other event as designated by VDOT.
