Description - Description: Sealed bids are invited for the BASS-HOOVER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – CHILLER REPLACEMENT at 471 Aylor Road, Stephens City, Virginia according to drawings and specifications prepared by RRMM Architects, Architecture | Planning | Interiors. T he project is generally described as the replacement in kind of a 225 ton water-cooled chiller, associated pumps, and accessories. Bid Alternate No. 1 is the replacement of existing CDP with 2 new CDP and piping complete to new bypass valve and extend concrete housekeeping pad to support both pumps.
