Description - Description: For the design of the present project, the Contracting Authority has tendered a design team (OT) which, in collaboration with the Contracting Authority, is developing a Final Design + (DO+). Given the challenge in the project with regard to combining existing construction and new construction with sustainability, the Contracting Authority would like to involve the expertise of the contractor at an early stage.
